If you have an email from the sender in the Junk E-mail folder that you want tounblock, select this email and do one of the following:

  • On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk:

    In the Junk drop-down list, select Never Block Sender:

  • Right-click on the selected email and choose Junk -> Never Block Sender:

The Outlook 2016 for Mac Junk Email Filter doesn't stop delivery of junk email messages, but does the next best thing - it moves suspected spam to the Junk Email folder. We recommend you regularly review messages in the Junk Email folder to check for legitimate messages that were incorrectly classified as junk. To classify a message as junk and move it to your Junk E-mail folder, Ctrl+click or right-click a message header and then click Junk Mail Mark as Junk. To classify a message as junk and block the sender, Ctrl+click or right-click a message header and then click Junk Mail Block Sender. Add important people to your Outlook contacts.

  1. Don’t move email to Junk Folder: e-mail messages will not be filtered; Automatic filter Junk E-mail: You can add the block senders list or email address/ domains to safe sender’s and recipients. Click on save to apply changes. These 3 methods allow you to disable the grayed out Junk folder in Outlook and you can check messages in Junk.
  2. This add-in works with your Office 365 subscription and the following versions of Outlook: Outlook on the web, Outlook 2013 SP1, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2016 for the Mac, and Outlook included with.

To add any sender to the Safe Senders list, do the following:

1. On the Home tab, in the Delete group,click the Junk drop-down list and then click Junk E-mail Options...:

2. In the Junk Email Options dialog box,select the Safe Senders tab:

3. To add a new sender to the Safe Senders list,click Add... and then in the Add address or domain dialog box, enter the sender'saddress. For example:
